If you're renting/trading or buying photo gear this is the best place around. I've had to visit shops like this on shoots in states all over and this is by far the best experience I've had. Recently went in for a big shoot with a very high rental price tag and they walked me through the whole process, helped load up my car, and even got me set up so in the future it would be even easier.
