Micro AF Adjustments at Midwest Photo
As DSLR and Mirrorless camera autofocus systems get more advanced, there has been a problem that has cropped up in some photographer's workflow - images that are not as sharp as they should be!
This can be very frustrating, especially when a lens and body combination are just not as sharp as they once were. It can happen with lots of different bodies and lenses, so you can do some tests to see if you need a Micro AF Adjustment.
Steps to Micro AF Adjustment Service
IMPORTANT: Make sure that your camera/lens actually needs a micro-adjustment. Camera and lenses that have been dropped or are malfunctioning are not candidates for Micro AF. A camera and lens should be in complete working order for a micro-adjustment to be effective.
